Urgent Care Services in Kingswood
Penrith Urgent Care Clinic provides walk-in care for urgent — but not life-threatening — injuries and illnesses. All care is fully bulk-billed for Medicare card holders, with no out-of-pocket cost. Open 8am–10pm, 7 days a week. No appointment needed.

If your assessment shows you need an X-ray or pathology tests, we can refer you to suitable bulk-billed service providers
When to choose urgent care vs. emergency
Urgent Care Clinics are for problems that need attention today but aren't life-threatening. If you're experiencing chest pain, difficulty breathing, severe bleeding, stroke symptoms, or any life-threatening condition, call Triple Zero (000) or go to Nepean Hospital emergency department. We also can't help with:

Routine GP care or chronic disease management

Cervical screening or preventive health checks

Mental health crises (call Lifeline 13 11 14 or NSW Mental Health Line 1800 011 511, or Penrith Medicare Mental Health First Aid Centre)

Repeat prescriptions (see your regular GP)

Before you visit
Walk-ins are welcome, but please call (02) 4726 2650 on the day to confirm availability. Once we reach our daily capacity, we may need to refer you to another health service.
